Clusters save lives and protect the dignity of people affected by humanitarian
crises.
The Q3 2025 Country Health Cluster Dashboard reflects the hyper-prioritization of humanitarian health efforts under the Global Humanitarian Overview 2025, following severe and sudden funding cuts in the first quarter of the year.
As of September, 24 Health Clusters and Sectors, including one regional mechanism, are working to reach 45.2 million people—nearly half the original target of 85.5 million—through essential and life-saving health services. The total funding request has been adjusted to US$2.12 billion, while US$0.89 billion (26%) has been received against the original HNRP requirements, underscoring the scale of the gap facing the humanitarian health response.
