Localization

The Global Health Cluster defines localization as a collaborative process to engage local and national actors (L/NAs) in leading health responses. In 2024 the Localization Strategy was launched, which outlines practical steps to strengthen L/NA involvement in coordination mechanisms at country and global levels, with specific goals set to be achieved by December 2025.

Ebola resources and guidance

The Global Health Cluster has brought together selected Ebola virus disease resources and links that may be useful for Health Cluster partners supporting activities related to the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighbouring countries. The resources include WHO updates and technical guidance, other Global Cluster and partner resources, and selected operational tools.

Mobile Clinics

Mobile Clinics play a critical role in reaching people affected by conflict, displacement, and climate shocks. A practical toolkit, developed by the Global Health Cluster, Save the Children, and partners, supports consistent, high-quality care through five modular tools, guidance, field-ready resources, and a self-paced 90-minute e-learning course.
