Health Cluster Annual Cluster Coordination Performance Monitoring Report 2020
31 December 2020
| Technical document

Overview
Cluster Coordination Performance Monitoring (CCPM) is an IASC mandated self-assessment of cluster performance against the six core cluster functions plus Accountability to Affected populations. It is a country-led process, supported by Global Clusters and OCHA. CCPM can be applied by both clusters and sectors and assists in taking stock of which coordination functions work well, and which areas need improvement. Beyond providing an opportunity for self-reflection, CCPM can also help to raise awareness of support requirements and provide a direct opportunity for accountability to all partners. Mandated by the IASC, CCPM is to be completed within 3-6 months of activating a Cluster, and annually thereafter.
