Capacity Development Consultation Group
The Capacity Development Consultation Group was launched in 2019 as a consultation forum for partners and stakeholders, providing ongoing review and input on the development and implementation of the Health Cluster Capacity Development Strategy 2020-2023 and the design of a blended Health Cluster Coordination Learning Programme, which has at its center a new simulation-based training package for Health Cluster Coordination Training at the global and regional levels.

One of the Health Cluster strategic priorities is to ensure capacity to fulfill coordination functions for national and sub-national coordination platforms in acute and protracted emergencies. To do this, the Health Cluster works to build capacity on coordination at ll levels by implementing the Health Cluster capacity development strategy 2020 - 2023.
