This orientation package provides standardized information on the Health Cluster. The aims of the Package are to provide an overview and raise awareness of:

• Humanitarian Reform
• The Cluster approach
• Cluster finance mechanisms
• Tools and guidance

The intended audience is Health Cluster partners, and potential partners, at global, regional and country level.
