COVID-19 response in humanitarian settings

Overview

This brief examines the challenges faced in microplanning and resource allocation, which caused delays in reaching vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study also highlights the advocacy role played by humanitarian partners in ensuring equitable access to vaccines; and shares insights from the Joint Convening in Nairobi, where global health and humanitarian partners came together to address these challenges and propose actionable steps.
