Process evaluation of Ethiopia Inter-Cluster / Sector Collaboration (ICSC) Approach

Overview
In line with the commitment by the four Global Clusters (Food Security, Health, Nutrition and WASH) to work together in a collaborative manner to deliver holistic services to the same people, in the same place, at the same time, the 5 clusters (Agriculture, Food Security, Health, Nutrition and WASH) in Ethiopia collaborated to develop an inter-sectoral project to reduce risk of malnutrition and death from recurrent droughts in the country. This project was funded by the Ethiopia Humanitarian Fund (EHF), which worked with Tufts University and the country clusters to document the ICSC implementation experience in the Somali and Oromia regions with the aim of identifying best practices, challenges, and lessons learned and to propose recommendations for improving ICSC in the future.
