| Meeting report
Overview
This tipsheet provides practical guidance for country-level cluster coordination teams to ensure that cluster transition and deactivation processes are inclusive, sustainable, and locally-led. It highlights concrete actions that strengthen the participation, leadership and resourcing of local and national actors (LNAs*- which includes state authorities), while promoting equitable partnerships, capacity exchange, and accountability to affected populations. The tipsheet complements the IASC Guidance on Cluster Transition and Deactivation, as well as the transition and deactivation notes and advisories developed by the Global Clusters to support country teams.
