The Global Health Cluster Quality Improvement Task Team (QITT), in collaboration with Save the Children and partners, is advancing efforts to improve healthcare in humanitarian settings, with a dedicated focus on the quality of care in Mobile Clinics.

Drawing on research and field pilots, the team has developed five interlinked tools to strengthen decision-making, implementation, and quality monitoring. Each tool can be applied independently, but together they provide a comprehensive package for planning and improving Mobile Clinic services. Video tutorials and tool guides will support the use of the Decision-Making Tool and the Mobile Clinic Quality Monitoring Tool, making them accessible and practical in the field.

In addition, a new E-learning course introduces the seven domains of quality of care, highlights how humanitarian contexts affect them, and demonstrates how quality can be achieved through Mobile Clinics.

These resources will be available later this year on the Global Health Cluster and Kaya websites, with webinars planned for Q4 to introduce them to partners worldwide. Here is an overview of the tools.
