The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to better understand how multi-sectorial collaboration of COVID-19 response has been occurring in humanitarian settings. The study should review multi-sectorial collaborations throughout the COVID-19 response including initial adaptations and any subsequent evolutions during and after completion of GHRP 2020.
The findings and recommendations will help identify good practices for shared learning both across cluster settings and at regional and global levels, as well as challenges where further support by the GHC is needed.
