The Global Health Cluster is seeking for a provider to undertake an external evaluation of Health Cluster performance and WHO coordination architecture in two protracted crises (north east Nigeria and Yemen) and its impact on the wider humanitarian response, highlighting the strengths and challenges of working within the WHO Health Emergency Programme (WHE) Country Incident Management System and the role of WHO as Cluster Lead Agency (CLA) in support of the country-level health sector deliverables. The deadline for applications is 4 July 2019.
