The Global Health Cluster has issued a request for proposals to undertake work to develop an on-line eLearning Outcome Based learning course to strengthen the capacity of Health Cluster partners to understand and engage with the Health Cluster and humanitarian coordination system at country level in a manner that improves overall coordination and responds to the needs of crisis-affected populations. The deadline has been extended to 5 June 2017.
