As the protracted nature of the crisis becomes more pronounced, improved field level coordination is required to ensure a continued health response, while striving to improve quality, making the best use of resources and bridging humanitarian and development activities effectively. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the health sector coordination response in close collaboration with partners, including WHO colleagues, and with the relevant Government authorities, including the Civil Surgeon and Office of the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC) in Cox's Bazar, in particular relating to field coordination, and other needs as they may arise.
